The Ownership and core team members of Automation Dynamics have designed and installed automation for several companies, inside and outside, the Textile Maintenance Industry for several years. The knowledge gained from this exposure of other industries is a benefit to all industries.

Production automation is a complex set of different sciences combined together. Due to the nature of this process, it takes an intelligent and dedicated team effort of persons who think differently, have different skills and on top of all this, the tools we use change very quickly. All of this and the project still must come together in a smooth, effective, REAL world manner, that can be used day in and day out for years.

Everything is challenging and confrontational, from the melting pot of talents to major changes in the methods available. This is the very reason automation can pay such rewards for its users and why it is so satisfying to its creators. But, it must be done correctly. We can, have and will deliver.

Automation for the Textile Maintenance Industry:

Vacuum Counting and Sorting material handling Systems

Product History:
In the past several years we designed and developed two separate vacuum counting and sorting systems for two separate companies. The designs included both the software and control package for a complete system. One of those companies is active today.

CountMaster Vac Counting Systems:
Today we build offer the most advanced vacuum counting and sorting system in the world, bar non. The software package alone has over half a million dollars of programming, plus years of testing in plants through out the US and Canada.

We have design and built six different vacuum bins each one with a specific usage. We have over seven different styles of counting and sorting table models.

This coupled with the advancements made with our latest design, the Bullet Classifier, we are able to eliminate up to 70% of soiled goods off the conveyor belt and direct it into a wash sling, with accountability and a superior wash sling load, ready for the washers.

Innovation
To save time and space from here on, we will only mention the items we were the first in development and first in the field.

First - Bullet Classifier:
A very impressive piece of equipment, which we designed, patented, built and installed. This product is used for simple material handling, sorting, counting and automated loading of wash sling carts. The system works like a standard vacuum system but upon pulling the goods into the pipe it transfers the goods into a air stream. By having the air stream deliver the goods into the holding container this eliminates the need for a vacuum bin, a conveyor, a sweeper, and someone to transfer the items from the holding sling onto a scale. This is the transfer backbone of every good system.

First - Health Care Computerized Tracking System:
With the help of several industry health care leaders advice, we have designed, built and delivered the system, health care facilities have been requesting and needing for years. It is not a fully automated system nor is that what was asked for in our research. The system needs to take up the least amount of space, provide full accountability.

First - Bulk Light Frame System:
We have taken the low cost but effective light frame system and rewrote the book on how this technology can be adapted to current network and computer systems. We've move away from the confines of simple PLC logic to a true Ethernet network environment.

First - Training Pal:
This counting device gives a real time count value to new employees to help them understand the process required to reach specific benchmark production numbers.

First - Super Basic Portable Count System:
A very effective simple low cost counting device mounted on a stainless steel roll-a-round cart or six foot folding table.
