Cart Wash Double Structure with Conveyor Feed

  • SMARTWASH 5000 is Automation Dynamics' automated conveyor feed cart washer.
  • Double structure unit includes conveyor feeder, clean & sanitize unit and dryer unit.

    SMARTWASH 5000

    The SMARTWASH 5000 will have a conveyor cart feed system that will move the carts through two Sanitizer modules.  The first module will have the spinner chemical and washing nozzles where the cart will be washed and have the sanitizer chemical applied.  The second module will be the dryer area, which allows a cart to be dried at the same time another cart is being washed and sanitized.

    PUMPING PLANTS

    The SMARTWASH pumping plant comes as a separate unit offering adaptability for installation.  The pumping plant can be placed in remote areas when space constraints dictate.  Three different sizes of pumping plant stations can be purchased with any of the SMARTWASH MODELS.


    MODEL A (BASIC):  This model is used for basic sanitizing.  2 HP pump/motor with rotating nozzles and a water flow rate of 15 GPM, pumping unit holding tank with by pass valve, glycerin filled pressure gauge, piping grid for nozzles located inside the washing area, stainless steel high pressure connecting hoses

    MODEL B (HIGH POWER):  This model is used for high power cleaning.  Sanitize and wash is included with this pump station.  5 HP pump/motor with rotating nozzles and a water flow rate of 25 GPM, pumping unit holding tank with by pass valve, glycerin filled pressure gauge, piping grid for nozzles located inside the washing area, stainless steel high pressure connecting hoses.

    MODEL C (INTENSE CLEAN):  This model is the largest pumping station that we sell.  Giving your carts an intense clean with sanitizes and wash cycles.  Ideal usage is any bio-hazardous materials, bodily fluids, and human excrements.  10 HP pump/motor with rotating nozzles and a water flow rate of 35 GPM, pumping unit holding tank with by pass valve, glycerin filled pressure gauge, piping grid for nozzles located inside the washing area, stainless steel high pressure connecting hoses.

     CONTROLS

    Control Option (A)
    Programmable Logic Controller,  Manual on/off start switch, this controller has one wash profile and is not-adjustable.

    Control Option (B)
    Programmable Logic Controller,  Manual on/off start switch, with a 3-way selector switch for a choice of 3 wash profiles.  This controller is non-adjustable.

    Control Option (C)
     Interactive Control System with Programmable Logic Controller,  Manual on/off start switch, including an interactive touch screen offering 5 wash profiles.  This controller is totally interactive allowing wash options to be built on command on site and saved as a wash profile for auto selection
