String Gauge: Automation Dynamics creates their own string gauge that is customizable to plant needs. The string gauge or load cell measures the differential force between one end to the next on the metal. The tension is then recorded and translated into an unit of measurement.
We have built our own software to create a unique algorithm for the string gauge. We can control the aspects of the weight system, allowing for a faster operation due to not waiting for a scale to readjust on every load.
